Warranty Period:
We offer a 12-month warranty on diesel/gas generator sets and alternators from the date of shipment.
For gasoline generator sets, our warranty period is 6 months from the shipment date.
The spare parts come with a 3-month warranty from the shipping date.
If you have a special project, we can discuss extending the warranty period based on your needs.
Factory Inspection:
Our generator sets undergo thorough testing before delivery to ensure their quality and performance. These test items include the following:
Each genset undergoes more than 4 hours of commissioning time. We test them under idle load, full load, and 10% overload conditions.
We conduct a noise level test to ensure the generator operates at acceptable sound levels.
All meters on the control panel undergo testing to verify they work correctly.
We check the appearance of the genset and all related label and nameplates to ensure they meet our high standards.
