Factory Inspection:

• Our generator sets undergo thorough testing before delivery to ensure their quality and performance. These test items include the following:
• Each genset undergoes more than 4 hours of commissioning time. We test them under idle load, full load, and 10% overload conditions.
• We conduct a noise level test to ensure the generator operates at acceptable sound levels.
• All meters on the control panel undergo testing to verify they work correctly.
• We check the appearance of the genset and all related label and nameplates to ensure they meet our high standards.

Production Process

• During installation, the center line is connected with the engine, and the engine and the base are equipped with shock absorbing pads, which are installed according to the relevant national standards
• After the completion of the test platform for the following tests:
• Appearance inspection
• Measurement of resistance
• Startup performance test at room temperature
• no-load voltage setting range
• Measurement of voltage, frequency, voltage regulation rate and fluctuation rate
• The operation of the rated load for two hours exceeds the record of 10% for one hour
